We are very lucky to enjoy a number of visits to lots of places that enhance our education and help us to learn and understand more about the wider world beyond our school. We also enjoy a number of visits from some interesting and inspiring people.
Through our International Primary Curriculum we hold Theme Days where the children dress up and spend the day totally immersing themselves in related activities – they are a wonderful way to enhance the pupils learning. Recent visits include a whole school trip to the Pitt Rivers Museum and Natural History Museum in Oxford. Our pupils have enjoyed trips to Cirencester Museum, the Wilson Art Gallery in Cheltenham, Skillzone in Gloucester, events at Gloucester Cathedral.
Every other year the Blue Class children take part in a three day activity-based residential visit and gain a great deal from the experience.
