Safeguarding information for parents

Our Designated safeguarding lead is: Mrs Suki Pascoe Executive Headteacher
Our Designated safeguarding teacher is: Miss Holly Wrigley SENDCO
Our Designated safeguarding Governor is: Mrs Ghislaine Venn

If you have safeguarding concerns please speak to the above.

Our priority is to keep our pupils and staff safe at all times.
All visitors not known to us will be asked for proof of identification and asked for a current DBS check if appropriate.

All volunteers and helpers are required to have a full DBS check before helping at the school.

No adult has unsupervised access to our pupils unless appropriately cleared to do so.
Our school operates a clear badge and red lanyard system to ensure this adhered to.

The internet is a fun and useful resource for everyone but their are risks. We make our pupils aware if the risks throughout the school year and we deliver this message in the following ways:
  • teacher input in I.T lessons
  • Presentations given by PC Shutt and PC Stinchcombe
  • Visits to Skillzone in Gloucester

If you would like to support your child in the safe use of the internet, please follow the links on this page or via how to help my child's learning.
